Boshemia : 21st Century Feminism (RBF)

November 18, 2017 at 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm

Free - £5

A blog and magazine created by a transatlantic trio Boshemia strives to foster a global community and offer a platform for intersectional feminism. It is significant because it is unique, it is accessible, it is beautiful, and it is personal. Founders E, Q & L collaborate with women writers and artists from across the globe and amplify the voices of marginalised members of society

Boshemia: 21st Century Feminism will be the official launch for the second issue of Boshemia magazine.

Eileen Elizabeth is an American writer and actor, driven by the intersection of art and activism. It was her passion for connecting women and the wish to establish a suitable platform to showcase their work that led to the creation of Boshemia. She is the editor-in-chief of the print and online publication.

Sarah Q is an English junior doctor, who advocates for racial equality within the feminist community. She is interested in how freedom of expression and grassroots movements shape society.

Sarah Lawrence is an English academic and writer, whose work is influenced by identity, reflection, historical feminism and romantic musings.
