Based on a legendary ballad originating from the Scottish Borders, this is a story of local folklore, true love and sacrifice. In this poetic LGBTQI+ reimagining, Wildsmith brings the folk tale to new readers through the means of a graphic novel and their whimsical and expressive art style.

Aven Wildsmith is a queer, non-binary and Autistic artist and writer living in Devon. They have been writing and making art for most of their life. This is their first full published work.
