FINE is a wondrous book that started with intimate questions and curiosity, via interviews with friends and strangers, resulting in a joyful and often surprising portrait of a vast community. spread across the America.

When thinking about gender, and all the ways in which it crosses boundaries, evading classification and strict descriptions, it makes sense that many writers also turn to a mix of text and image - playfully inhabiting a creative queerness.
