Welcome to Read Think Act, our video series where writing and activism go hand in hand (or head to head) and we explore the space where they intersect, taking ideas from the pages and into our communities.

This time we're joined by Meg Bowles of the, by now legendary, live storytelling project The Moth. Since launching in 1997, The Moth has presented thousands of stories told live and without notes, some of them published in much-loved anthologies.

Meg is the co-host of The Moth Radio Hour and author of the most recent book to come out of The Moth: 'How To Tell a Story'.  Here, she answers three questions about page, stage, community and empowerment.

Check out How To Tell a Story below! Previous episodes of Read Think Act are all available on our youtube channel.
