THIS EVENT IS IN-PERSON ONLY
Join the Blunt Knife Co. crew for an activist zine-making workshop for young people! In this workshop, young folks can discover a creative approach to activism and how sharing knowledge and resources can alleviate feelings of powerlessness.
The world can be a scary place, but it’s far less scary when we join together with hopes of positive change. Attendees will choose an issue they care about and be guided through the process of making their own activist zine.
This workshop is for young people aged 15-21. As expected with the workshop theme, some sensitive issues may arise that will be dealt with in an appropriate way.
Blunt Knife Co. is an award-winning, not-for-profit social enterprise that supports and promotes creative people from marginalised groups. With a focus on printed matter, BKco. has hosted art exhibitions, poetry nights, workshops, discussion groups and more. Find us at bluntknife.co
