Going Home: Raja Shehadeh on fifty years of Palestinian Resistance

Raja Shehadeh is the founder of al-Haq, a leading human rights group and based in Ramallah, Palestine.

Al-Haq was one of the first human rights groups to document the human rights violations in Palestine, regardless of the identity of the perpetrator, and pushes for accountability for Israeli violations of international and humanitarian law.

Raja will join us to discuss the current attack on human rights defenders in Palestine by Israel, and to read from his most recent book, Going Home, a memoir of his life and work defending the rights of Palestinians against the occupation.
