Friendship at its best is a radical act, embodying solidarity, support, standing shoulder to shoulder... except when things change and suddenly 'you and me against the world' disappears.

Explore the complexity of human relationships in this film which features the poetry of Helen Mort, Ashleigh Nugent, Jamie Thrasivoulou and Tim Wells, and Tabish Khair’s social media-savvy story.

Based on a chapter from the acclaimed Not Quite Right for Us anthology, it also includes new art from Phill Jupitus among others, plus new music from award-winning composer Dominique Le Gendre.

Not Quite Right for Us: Forty Writers Speak Volumes celebrates ten years of Speaking Volumes and we are thrilled to be collaborating with Speaking Volumes & flipped eye publishers, for this exclusive screening!

This is a Speaking Volumes production funded by Arts Council England.

*This film is released exclusively for the Radical Book Fair! This is a DIGITAL ONLY EVENT*
