Following on from Thursday evening's discussion with Andreas Malm and Jen Deerinwater, we continue a far-reaching and crucial discussion around what it means to organise for a time of crisis, when certain threats collide with existing power structures, creating dangerous tunnel visions.

How do we highlight the connections between different kinds of oppression in all our organising? How do we place accessibility and inclusivity at the core of our movement building, and how do we point toward the real roots of suffering, rather than focus on superficial solutions, even when time is severely lacking?

Joining us for this second part of our discussion is Asad Rehman, Director of War on Want , and Edinburgh-based activist & organiser Zoe M Bouhassira. The event is chaired by community activist and developer Nish Doshi.

As there's no individual book attached to this event, we've put together a special reading list: Activism and Organising: a First Aid Kit. It's the perfect place to browse in preparation for this event!
