On Thursday 20th March we're hosting Mary Fissell to celebrate the publication of Abortion: a history, and we cannot wait.

Here's a vital and long -overdue book telling the stories of the many women who have always sought to end pregnancies, and long succeeded, from classical Greece to Roe v. Wade. It shows us anti-abortion in the context of greater political panics and works as a very welcome reminder of past struggles at a time when we're called to defend abortion rights once again.

Join us for an evening of knowledge, insight and rousing conversation! Tickets and more details are HERE.

Mary's book got us pondering over reproductive healthcare in a broader sense. What kind of care and interventions are included? Which groups of people have often been excluded from receiving different aspects of it?

Here's a wee, varied library, curated to offer many different starting points for learning about what reproductive health-care means in a wide variety of contexts, and for a variety of bodies..
