Summer Lovin' - The delicious romance coming to the First Date Festival!

From romantasy and romcoms, to queer epics and happily ever afters there is some *delicious* fiction coming this summer and we couldn't be more excited to celebrate it!

First Date is Edinburgh's Romance Fiction Festival and this year we're hosting it over at Summerhall, exploring the best in romance writing at panels, workshops, stalls & more!!

Now in our second year, FIRST DATE serves up a dazzling variety of romance books, events discussing genre boundaries, subversive politics, queer joy, and feminist pleasure, *and* an all-day marketplace to find your next (or maybe your first?) romance read.

Plus, this year we’ve added an erotica writing workshop with Lucy Debussy, a somatic pleasure workshop, and a luxury dining twist on Kate Young's book launch with Ella Risbridger, bringing you even more ways to engage with this broad and exciting genre!
